Ok, I read free lunch...  I can be had...  GBG  Of course, I always leave a donation, only fair.   The Alameda County Blue Star Moms have done so many good things for a lot of folks, I wanted to support them.... free lunch?  GBG  

They did a great job and I wish I'd seen many more friends to visit with, but a few showed up and we had a great time!  The food was plentiful and great!!   Thank you again for the invite and great time!

The weather was a bit iffy, but, hey, it's just weather..  I only rode thru one little cloud and as I was at fwy speeds, only got some spritz on my face shield.

So here I am at the Fremont Veterans Memorial where they do a lot of activities.

Julie and crew all set up and ready to go!  Soup and salad table, they had GREAT minestrone soup, and it came from Olive Garden!!  When I go there for lunch, I order all you can eat soup and salad... the waiter soon avoids our table!  GBG  I LOVE their soup!!!

Eat your heart out, for those that did not make it!!!  Great food and plenty of it!!  My bowl of soup was just to the left!
